Elman Peace, in collaboration with the UNDP, is spearheading an exciting project - Bilalo Byetu. The grants allocated through this project aim to support Civil Society Organizations (CSO) specializing in activities that promote insider mediation, reintegration, and reconciliation efforts at the community-grassroots level in the Great Lakes region countries, specifically in Burundi, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Rwanda and Uganda.
